I have the privilege of choosing our book club book for the month of October. I have decided to choose Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother. I have started it and it is excellent! I'll have more to say about this book soon!

The Help, the movie!

Having read the book, I just HAD to see the movie! And it didn't disappoint! The movie was excellent! The characters were spot on, from Abilene to Mae Mobley. Ron Howard's daughter was Hilly. She nailed this part!! Might have to go see it again....

The Friday Night Knitting Club

Our next book is The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs. I have started it and it seems to be pretty good!
